Mathias Gorf

Mathias Gorf has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mathias is currently the Head of Agile Operations at Mister Spex, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Agile Coach at the same company from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Mister Spex, Mathias was the Co-founder of Pegolas Ventures starting from 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at HolidayCheck Group AG, where they held multiple positions such as Executive Advisor - Agile and OKR, Scrum Master and OKR Champion.

Mathias also worked as an Agile Coach at LOVOO in 2016, where they focused on advising the management team on building team structures and optimizing the organizational development process. Mathias was also an Agile Coach and Software Engineer at eGym from 2012 to 2016, where they assisted and coached cross-functional teams in organizing their processes.

Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Mathias founded their own company, Mathias Gorf - it_services, from 2008 to 2014. Mathias also worked as a Fitness Trainer at Fitness Club - Manfred Leser & Sohn GmbH from 2002 to 2009.

Mathias began their career as a software developer and intern at xmedio GmbH from 2007 to 2008. Mathias also worked as an AMX Developer at Volker + Wald GmbH in 2006 and as a Student Assistant at Bauhaus University Weimar in the same year.

Mathias Gorf has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, which they obtained from 2003 to 2012. Mathias also studied Physics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications such as unFIX Foundation workshop, ICAgile Certified Professional - Professional Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF), Scaled Professional Scrum, Certified LeSS Practitioner, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified ScrumMaster.
