Juan Carlos E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Juan Carlos began their career at Banco de Bogota, where they served as a Credit Analyst for small and medium enterprises, analyzing credit proposals for various industries. Juan Carlos was later promoted to Senior Credit Risk Analyst, where they focused on international and financial institution credit. Additionally, they served as a Team Lead for Credit Card campaigns and loyalty programs at the bank.

After leaving Banco de Bogota, Juan co-founded a delivery company called Compañía Colombiana de Servicios Logísticos S.A.S, which provided essential items to rural communities in Colombia. Juan Carlos successfully developed and implemented a flexible business model, serving 23 small towns in different regions of Colombia. Juan's efforts led to the company generating a profit within 9 months and ultimately selling it to a larger firm.

Following this entrepreneurial venture, Juan joined RBC Wealth Management – Private Banking as an MBA Associate, working at the National Office. Juan Carlos then transitioned to the position of Credit Manager for Ultra High Net Worth Clients, where they collaborated with wealthy Canadian families and their advisors to develop customized loan structures. This involved marketable securities-based lending, high-end estate, and unsecured positions.

At RBC, Juan also held the roles of Senior Digital Product Manager for Avion Rewards E-commerce platforms and Senior Digital Product Manager for Rewards Mobile (iOS & Android). These positions involved overseeing the development and management of digital products and platforms related to rewards programs.

Currently, Juan works at Mistplay as a Senior Product Manager for Special Projects, where they are likely responsible for overseeing the development and management of special projects related to product management.

Juan Carlos E. completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Prior to that, they pursued a Graduate Course in Logistics from Universidad del Rosario in 2015, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from 2004 to 2009.
