Steffania Campagnolo

Steffania Campagnolo has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Resources for Playtika Montreal from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they oversaw all HR functions, managed the impact of global growth on the Montreal studio, coached management on employee development and performance management, and built cross-functional business plans. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Groupe Dynamite from 2016 to 2018, providing recommendations for daily HR management issues and strategies, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management. Steffania also worked as an HR Generalist for Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from 2009 to 2016. Campagnolo is now poised to start as Chief People Officer at Mistplay in 2023.

Steffania Campagnolo obtained their DEC in Business/Commerce, General from Dawson College in 2005 before pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History at Concordia University from 2005 to 2009. In 2012, they enrolled in McGill University's Graduate Diploma program for Human Resource Management, completing it in 2014.
