Etienne Metzger

Etienne Metzger began their career as a Researcher Trainee at CTPartners in 2011. Etienne then worked as an Assistant Brand Manager at Reckitt Benckiser and as an Assistant Category Manager at Unilever. Moving into executive recruitment, they held roles at CTPartners as a Research Analyst and later at Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate and then as a Sr. Engagement Manager. Etienne'smost recent position was at Doctolib, where they served as the Head of Leadership Recruitment and Talent Acquisition before assuming the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Mistral AI in 2024. Throughout their career, Etienne focused on building and reinforcing leadership teams, recruiting for various industries and geographies, and developing talent strategies.

Etienne Metzger attended the European School of Brussels and the Lycée Francais de Bruxelles. Etienne then completed their Preparatory School education at Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin. Etienne later pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Strategy consulting at ESCP Business School, with studies in Paris, London, and Santiago de Chile. Additionally, they took part in an exchange program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile for an MBA program.
