Pierre Stock

Pierre Stock is a Research Scientist at Mistral AI, where stock focuses on Code and Edge models as the first employee since June 2023. Previously, at Meta from June 2021 to May 2023, Stock contributed to advancements in Neural Network Compression and Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD Student at Facebook AI Research from March 2018 to March 2021, focusing on Large Scale Learning for Deep Neural Networks, and completing a Research Scientist internship at Facebook AI Research in 2017, where Stock worked on Neural Network Compression for Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. Initial experience involved a Data Analyst internship at Canal+ in 2015 and serving as Chairman of Junior Centrale Etudes, overseeing projects and management.
