Duncan Waugh

Duncan Waugh is the Managing Director at Mistral Data, where Duncan focuses on developing data driven software services. Prior to this role, Duncan served as the Head of Rail IT at FirstGroup for over two decades, where Duncan was involved in strategy, business analysis, and innovation. Duncan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, a Master of Science in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Durham University.
