Vincent Xiao

Vincent Xiao is currently serving as a Race Strategy Industrial Placement at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team since July 2024. Vincent has held the position of Head of Vehicle Performance and Business Lead at MIT Motorsports since September 2022. Additionally, Vincent has been the Director of Corporate Relations for MIT Consulting Group since February 2023. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer Intern role at Palmer Motorsports Club from June 2023 to September 2023 and an Undergraduate Researcher position at MIT Media Lab from September 2022 to June 2023. Vincent co-founded FIRST Robotics Team 15534 and contributed from September 2018 to June 2022. Vincent is an alumnus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Phillips Exeter Academy.
