Maurice Doucet has extensive work experience in software development and technology leadership roles. Maurice is currently the Vice President of Software Development at MIND Technology, Inc., where they focus on innovating solutions using AIML for marine sensor imagery. Prior to this, Maurice served as the Director, Strategic Software Programs at the same company.

Before joining MIND Technology, Maurice worked at QPS as the Chief of Software Research, responsible for developing new bathymetric processing products. Maurice also served as the Chief System Architect at IVS 3D, designing and developing commercial software solutions for hydrographic sonar systems.

Earlier in their career, Maurice held leadership roles at Triton Imaging, where they developed software architectures and products for the hydrographic industry, and at HealthAllies, Inc., where they served as a Consultant during the company's acquisition by United Healthcare. Maurice was also the Chief Technology Officer at Picasa, Lifescape Solutions, managing software development teams for the Picasa photo management application.

Maurice's experience also includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer at HealthAllies, Inc., leading the development of the corporation's web-enabled business strategy, and as the Vice President of Engineering at MetaCreations, where they managed R&D and product engineering teams.

Maurice began their career at Dive Labs, Inc., which they co-founded, working on virtual reality research and development projects for the US Army. Maurice also served as a Lead Software Engineer at Tau Corporation, working on the Airborne Reconnaissance Low (ARL-I) program.
