Dorian Herring

Dorian Herring is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in military personnel management. Currently at Mitchco International since February 2022, Dorian oversees a team of 32 personnel, managing various administrative tasks related to personnel accountability, strength management, and legal procedures, while also supervising promotion boards and processing evaluations. Prior to this role, Dorian served as an AIT Instructor, responsible for the training of over 5,000 Initial Entry Training Soldiers and developing educational materials. Earlier experience includes serving as a Food Service Sergeant at the 7th Sustainment Brigade, where Dorian managed administrative operations for dining services. Dorian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies, both from Colorado Technical University. The educational background also includes a High School Diploma from Lincoln Sr. High School.
