Normand Bonin

As Mitchel Lincoln’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Normand provides leadership for financial, legal and resource management, ensuring smooth, consistent operations across multiple offices and plants. Normand draws upon his over 30 years of experience here to maximize impact, value and efficiency.

Starting as an assistant to the VP Finance in April 1988, Normand has leveraged the knowledge gained from both his CPA and MBAs to instill and reinforce disciplined practices with his colleagues, guaranteeing that the exacting Mitchel Lincoln standards are applied at every stage of the business. Whether it’s in his involvement in the management of our Drummondville Division or the acquisition of our Vaudreuil, Saint-Pie and Imacor Divisions, Normand is a detail-oriented, results-focused individual and is relentless in delivering results with a customer-first approach.
