Emma Blair

Emma Blair is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in recreation, media planning, and public relations. Currently serving as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Grover Beach since October 2022, Emma previously held positions including Media Planning Intern at DigitasLBi North America, where contributions included developing and executing media campaigns for the Angie’s List team, and Public Relations Intern at Mitchell, focusing on media tracking and project assistance. Emma also worked as a Program Coordinator at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and engaged in community marketing initiatives as a Marketing Intern with the Arkansas Athletics Center. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and has foundational education from the University of Arkansas and Edward S. Marcus High School.
