Tessa M. MacHen

Tessa M. Machen has had a diverse work experience over the years. Tessa M. started as the Owner/Operator of Cinderella's Cleaning Services in 2003 and later worked as an Intern at the Memorial Health Foundation. Tessa then moved on to positions such as Business Development Manager at Cornerstone Staffing Solutions and Modis, and Client Services Manager at 3Ci. In 2011, they took on the role of NCTA Ambassador at the North Carolina Technology Association and became the North Carolina Regional Voice Chair at the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Tessa joined Mitchell Martin Inc. in 2017 and has held various positions, including Senior Account Executive and currently Vice President - Strategic Accounts. Throughout their career, Tessa has demonstrated their expertise in business development, client services, and strategic account management.

Tessa M. Machen began their education at Parkview High School, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, they attended Georgia State University from 2001 to 2003, where they focused on core classes and fundamentals in art. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Administration degree in Marketing at Savannah State University.
