As a Senior Recruiter at Topps International, you will play a critical role in helping us scale during an exciting time of high growth and rapid change.  You will be focused on bringing top talent to Topps International and Fanatics Collectibles across multiple disciplines and markets.  You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and developing talent strategies that will help drive the business to meet their goals while being the subject matter expert on our recruiting process.  This role is a full time contract, initially for 6 months – reporting into the Lead Recruiter at Topps International.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient solutions for hiring needs
  • Report data routinely to hiring managers and Lead Recruiter on progress updates and barriers to success
  • Quickly identify high quality candidates, while adhering to global processes and SLAs
  • Proven background in using sourcing methods to identify the best candidates in market for assigned roles
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional internal client and candidate experience
  • Reporting and analyzing data on recruitment
  • Partner effectively across functions, leveraging expertise to build credibility with global partners within the business
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
  • Advocates, educates and influences their business to embrace effective recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of five years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, international experience in Europe and Asia strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in corporate recruitment is a must,
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing process and technology landscape is a must
  • Very strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to radically prioritize in order to achieve actionable results
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiating skills and the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience influencing and consulting hiring teams while operating in an agile and dynamic environment
  • Must have experience with a modern Applicant Tracking and HR systems, intermediate skills in all Microsoft office software, database experience a plus
