Meagan Flood

Meagan Flood has extensive work experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Meagan started their career at Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa in 2007, where they served as a Salon Manager for ten years. In 2017, they joined Kuy Plastic Surgery as a Front Office Manager. Currently, since January 2023, Meagan holds the position of Director of Employee Engagement at Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa, overseeing various responsibilities such as onboarding, employee culture development, and special projects. This professional journey showcases their expertise in managing salon operations, front office management, and employee engagement.

Meagan Flood obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Cincinnati between the years 2004 and 2009.
