Kevin Sykes

Kevin Sykes is an experienced Industrial Design Manager at MiTek Electronics & Communications, where Kevin has worked since May 2007, leading a team of 2-3 industrial designers within the Research and Development team. Kevin has been instrumental in developing products for notable in-house brands such as AtlasIED and MTX Audio, as well as OEM clients including BMW, Harley-Davidson, and General Motors. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a Senior Industrial Designer, creating prototypes and production-ready documentation, notably designing fixtures that enhanced amplifier production output by 50%. Kevin's earlier experience includes an internship at the Swedish Industrial Design Foundation, collaborating with various clients. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from The University of Kansas and has additional educational experience from Halmstad University.
