Alessandro Cattini has extensive experience in technical support and management within the telecommunications sector, spanning over three decades. Currently, Alessandro serves as the Lead Technical Support Specialist and UCC & Cloud Solutions Technical Support Manager at Mitel, where a focus on enhancing business communications is paramount.
