Project Management Team Lead: Implementation at Mitel

Brian Hellinger has a wide range of experience in the telecommunications industry. Brian began their career at Aerotek as a Recruiter, where they maintained relationships with customers and hiring managers. Brian then worked at PAETEC as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Technician, troubleshooting voice and internet service and meeting service objectives. Brian was promoted to a Team Lead, responsible for scheduling and daily operations. At Windstream Communications, Brian served as an Engineer and Team Lead, training technicians and improving training processes. Brian continued their career at GLOBALINX, starting as a technician before becoming a Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw a team of techs, provided 24/7 tech support, and ensured quality assurance. Most recently, Brian worked at Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc. as a Senior Support Specialist, handling customer support and acting as a liaison between network operations and engineering. Throughout their career, Brian has gained expertise in project management, team leadership, troubleshooting, and training.

Brian Hellinger received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from SUNY Brockport, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Brian also holds several additional certifications, including Managing Resources Across Project Teams, Construction Management Foundations, Construction Management: Managing Risk, Project Management Tips, Agile Foundations, Hiring Your Team, and New Manager Foundations. Additionally, they have obtained the SSCA (SIP Training) Networking & VOIP certification from The SIP School.
