Delia Lazar

Delia Lazar is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network management and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Manager and Senior Support at Mitel since July 2023, Delia specializes in 2nd level and partner support for EMEA partners on the OpenScape Business and Cordless IP systems. Prior roles include Technical Support Analyst at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S from October 2017 to July 2023 and Customer Service Analyst at Unify from August 2015 to August 2017, both focused on similar telephony systems. Delia began a career in telecommunications at Siemens as an Incident Manager from November 2010 to August 2015, providing support for various small communications systems.
