Gary Kinoshita

Gary Kinoshita is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Demand Planning at Mitel since June 2022, Gary oversees forecasting, supply planning, and management activities internationally. From 2017 to June 2022, Gary was a Supply Chain Manager at Fresenius Kabi, where responsibilities included leading a supply chain team to execute national supply plans while collaborating with external and internal stakeholders. Prior experience at BD from 1999 to 2017 involved managing demand, supply, and production planning for a substantial Canadian business, achieving significant improvements in forecast accuracy and reductions in backorders and inventory. Gary earlier contributed as Supply Chain Team Lead at Canadian Tire Corporation, implementing a Supplier Shipment Quality program and leading vendor improvement initiatives. Gary holds a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned between 1988 and 1992.
