Jens Diekhoff

Jens Diekhoff is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in sales engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineers for D/A/CH and Head of Design for Large Enterprise Solutions at Mitel since March 2014, Jens specializes in Unified Communication solutions for large enterprises, including call management and applications for voice, video, and contact centers. Prior to Mitel, Jens held various roles in product and project management at TeleSys Kommunikationstechnik and was an Account Manager with Ericsson, where responsibilities included professional sales and channel management, as well as product management and customer service. Jens holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication from BFE Oldenburg, completed in 1994.
