Paul Theriault

Paul Theriault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud contact center solutions and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloudlink Research and Development and Group Director of Software Contact Center & Applications Solutions at Mitel since November 2020, Paul focuses on building next-generation cloud contact center solutions. Prior to this, positions included Director of Engineering for QA & DevOps at j2 Global and Senior Director R&D Manager overseeing Kandy Cloud Solution projects at GENBAND, managing large-scale teams and project schedules. Paul's career began at IBM and spanned several roles at Nortel, ultimately rising to Senior Software R&D Manager across multiple domains. Paul holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic Technology from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
