Rich Alexander has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Director of Customer Interaction Professional Services at Mitel since November 1999. In this role, Rich Alexander oversees a team that designs and deploys complex Contact Center and Unified Communication technical solutions for both US and multinational organizations, utilizing platforms such as Genesys, Nice inContact, Amazon Connect, and internal products. Prior to Mitel, Rich Alexander worked as the Manager of QA and Distribution at Metavante from 1997 to 1999, where responsibilities included managing QA testing and the development of automated deployment techniques. Earlier, from 1990 to 1997, Rich Alexander served as CTO and Director for Call Center Products at The Info Group, where leadership contributed to the creation of award-winning contact center reporting products that integrated business and telephony data. Rich Alexander holds a degree from Boston University, completed between 1975 and 1980.
