Sanka Jayasundara

Sanka Jayasundara has a strong background in business architecture, business analysis, and consultancy. Sanka began their career at PwC Sri Lanka as an Application Developer. From there, they moved on to work at LSEG Technology, where they held multiple roles, including Business Consultant and Senior Business Analyst. During this time, they worked on various projects in the financial industry and gained experience in pre-sales activities, gap analysis, requirements gathering, and project deployment. In 2015, Sanka joined MillenniumIT ESP, starting as a Senior Account Manager and eventually progressing to Business Head of Business Analysis & Consultancy. In this role, they achieved the successful scaling up and management of the division. Sanka also played a key role in establishing and managing the Business Architecture line of business, defining the vision, objectives, and framework for the department. Sanka was responsible for overseeing pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation activities, as well as managing the recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of the team members. Overall, Sanka's work experience reflects their expertise in business analysis, architecture, and consultancy, particularly in the technology and financial sectors.

Sanka Jayasundara completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Information Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained further certifications such as the Management Development Programme from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) in August 2019 and Project Management Training from PMSoft Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in 2007.
