Lauren Giles

Lauren Giles serves as the Bid Director at Mitie, overseeing complex local government and education bids by developing tailored bid strategies and guiding opportunities through to contract award. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at OCS Group UK, where Lauren focused on the education portfolio, and Senior Proposals Manager at Mitie, responsible for creating compelling bid responses for public sector FM contracts. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Interserve as Bid Solutions Manager and Bid Writer/Manager, along with roles as Bid Coordinator at Mace and Virtus Services. Lauren holds a BSc in English Language from Aston University and A-levels in English Literature & Language, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics from Truro College.
