Penny James

Penny James is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non-executive Director at Mitie and QBE Insurance, as well as the Co-Chair of the FTSE Women Leaders Review, Penny has also held the position of Senior Independent Director at Hargreaves Lansdown. Previously, Penny served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Direct Line Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Bath and training at Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte from 1991 to 1994.
