Orit Orgad Shani

Orit Orgad Shani has a long and varied work experience. Orit began their career in 1998 as a Psycho-Technical Diagnostician for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2004 they moved to Elbit Systems Ltd as an Applicants Evaluator. In 2007 they worked at Hever Human Resources as an HR & Client Relations Manager and a Technical Recruiter. In 2009 they were the HR and Office Manager at OHK Medical Devices. In 2010 they were a Senior Recruiter & Evaluator at Cellcom (via Adam-Milo). From 2013 to 2019 they were at the New York City Economic Development Corporation as an Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development, a Senior Recruiter, and a Recruiter. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021 they were at Brainly as a Talent Acquisition and is currently the Head of HR at Mitiga.

Orit Orgad Shani received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Communication from the University of Haifa in 2003. Orit then completed their Master of Arts in Learning Disabilities at the University of Haifa in 2007. In 2013, they attended Baruch College, but did not receive a degree.
