Leland Starks

Leland Starks holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Tyler Junior College. With a wealth of experience in the environmental field, Leland has served in various roles at Mitigation Resources of North America, including Vice President of Mitigation Solutions, Area Manager, Director of Business Development, and Environmental Manager. Prior to their current position, Leland worked as a Senior Environmental Specialist at The North American Coal Corporation.
