Zachary Stephens is a skilled environmental professional with extensive experience in ecological management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Regulatory and Project Manager at Mitigation Resources of North America since February 2021, Zachary previously held the position of Ecologist III at Resource Environmental Solutions, where responsibilities included leading ecological surveys across multiple states.
