Justin Woods

Justin Woods is an experienced operations and production manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Mitolo Family Farms since July 2023, Justin previously held the role of Production/Project Manager at Perfection Fresh Australia from January 2020 to July 2023. Justin's extensive career includes significant positions at Mars, Campbell Arnott's, Orrcon Steel, Schwarze Industries Aust, and General Motors, where responsibilities ranged from leading large teams and production lines to overseeing automation projects and managing logistics. Justin holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Forsythes Training Newcastle and completed education at Birdwood High School.
