David Richardson

David Richardson has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1985, they held various roles at Crossley Builders Merchants until 1988. David then moved on to ICI Biological Products, where they worked in various financial positions from 1988 to 1993. Following that, they joined Zeneca Cellmark Diagnostics as a Finance & IT Manager from 1993 to 1999.

In 1999, David joined Evotec UK and took on multiple roles, including Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Financial Controller, and VP Finance. During their tenure, they established banking relationships, implemented foreign exchange policies, and created processes such as the Sales Order Book to aid planning and provide sales visibility. David also played key roles in strategic decision-making, like the creation of a joint venture and the divestment of the UK Drug Development business.

From 2010 to 2013, David worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Exosect Limited. David then returned to DR Financial Resources for a short stint as a Finance Professional before joining Salunda as a Finance Director in 2014. At Salunda, they fulfilled their responsibilities until March 2021.

Most recently, David Richardson joined MitoRx Therapeutics in September 2022 as the Finance Director.

David Richardson attended Stokesley Comprehensive School in North Yorkshire from 1975 to 1982. David did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Later, from 1982 to 1985, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a 2:1 classification in Business & Administration at The University of Salford.
