Frank Louvis

Frank Louvis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in web development and client relations. As the Owner and Developer at Coastal Technologies since April 2001, Frank has been responsible for designing and coding mission-critical websites and applications while providing technical support to clients. In addition, Frank co-founded Stellar Housing Solutions in February 2023, where a significant focus is on optimizing operations and enhancing guest hospitality programs. Since January 2018, Frank has also served as the Lead Web Developer at Mitra Creative, leading design revisions and promoting web accessibility. Frank's educational background includes studies at the University of Pittsburgh from 1981 to 1983.
