Rashmi Gunawardena

Rashmi Gunawardena has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Assistant Manager - Analytics at HSBC until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as an Assistant Process Reengineering Consultant at HSBC - Change Delivery. Later, from 2012 to 2013, Rashmi worked as a Deputy Manager - Business Process Excellence & Transformation at WNS Global Services. In 2013, they joined Virtusa as an Associate Manager - Process and held that role until 2016. During this time, they also worked at Brandix i3 as a Senior Consultant - Process Excellence. From 2016 to 2018, Rashmi worked at Fortude as a Senior Consultant - PMO & Governance. Following this, they returned to Virtusa in 2018 as a Manager - Delivery Excellence, a role they held until 2022. Currently, as of April 2022, they are the Head of Delivery Excellence at Mitra Innovation.
