Yusdiana Ermayadhie

Yusdiana Ermayadhie has extensive experience in quality assurance and environmental management, currently serving as the Environment Department Head for Coal Mine at PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk since December 2019, focusing on environmental restoration and sustainability efforts. Prior roles include Quality and Manufacturing Professional from February 2016 to December 2022, Production Engineer at IKEA Indonesia from October 2014 to February 2016, and Auditor for Target's Product Safety and Quality Assurance from October 2012 to October 2014. Yusdiana's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Quality Control for Textile Bedding Accessories at PT. Duta Abadi Primantara and as Lab Analytical Leader/Engineer at PT Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Indonesia. Yusdiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Institut Teknologi Bandung and completed secondary education at SMA 1 Rangkasbitung in 1994.
