Krishna Kumar R is a SAFe® 5 Program Consultant with over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2022, they began working as a Delivery Manager at MitrahSoft Software Solutions, where they managed the IT Product Sales Life Cycle from strategic planning and developed sales strategies to increase opportunities and customer base. In 2021, they joined CyberBahn Training & Advisory Services (Division of CFS) as Program & Engagement Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they were Vice President Service Delivery at SystimaNX IT Solutions Private Limited, where they were responsible for customer engagement, transition, and delivery, as well as day to day operations and delivery. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at Matrimony.com Pvt Ltd. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Project Manager and Manager - Data Sourcing at TechEdge Lab, where they managed a team of web crawling experts and was responsible for recruitment, administration, people management, technical training, DB management, quality, and deliverables. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Mobius Knowledge Services, where they held various roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Team Leader, Team Leader, and Software Analyst. In these roles, they were trained in PERL script to crawl information from web pages, trained more than 25 resources in PERL, created documents and records for training new members, and was involved in resource planning.

Krishna Kumar R holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Anna University, obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arulmigu Kalasalingam Polytechnic in 2002. Krishna Kumar R also completed their 1st to 12th grades at Sri Ramakrishna Mission, specializing in Bio-Maths, from 1988 to 2000. In 2021, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, they obtained a Business Intelligence using PowerBI certification from Skill Nation in 2023.
