Ritika Jangid

Ritika Jangid is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in overseeing complex projects and driving alignment with business goals. Currently serving as Manager PMO at Mitratech since June 2019, Ritika manages project objectives, coordinates multiple teams, and develops risk mitigation strategies. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager Team Lead and Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities involved coaching Scrum teams and coordinating releases under the Scaled Agile Framework. Previously, Ritika held the position of Principal Consultant at Arkenea LLC, overseeing project scope, pre-sales activities, and risk management for over 90 projects. With early career roles at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and Global Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Ritika has cultivated a strong foundation in business analysis and customer interaction. Ritika holds an MBA in Software Development and a BCA in Computer Software Engineering from Symbiosis International University.
