Justin Raines

Justin Raines is a seasoned program manager and principal acquisition strategist with extensive experience in defense procurement and legislative liaison. Currently, Raines serves as a Program Manager at Kessel Run since April 2022 and as a Principal Acquisition Strategist at MITRE since September 2016. Prior roles include serving as the Air Force Office of Legislative Liaison for the US Air Force Reserve from July 2018 to April 2022 and as a Senior Program Manager in the United States Air Force from May 2008 to August 2016. Raines holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering Management with a focus on Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Public Policy in Management, Finance, and Leadership from the University of Maryland.
