Kristyn Carpenter

Kristyn Carpenter, CPA, currently serves as the SoarnoL™ Division Controller at Mitsubishi Chemical America, a position held since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing financial operations for the La Porte, Texas subsidiary. In addition to this role, Kristyn has been an Adjunct Professor of Business at San Jacinto College since August 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Controller at Noltex, LLC, a company that merged into Mitsubishi Chemical America, and a Controller at Clock Spring Company, where oversight of multiple business functions was required. Kristyn has also held various financial roles at FMC Technologies, including Controller - Accounting and Compliance, and has taught accounting courses at San Jacinto College. Kristyn's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Executive Education program at Stanford University.
