Lucy Eason

Lucy Eason is a skilled engineer with experience in power transmission systems. Currently serving as a Project Engineer II and previously as a Power Electronics Systems Engineer I at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., Lucy focuses on the design and verification of Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) and High-Voltage DC (HVDC) systems. Prior experience includes an Electrical Engineering Internship at Burns & McDonnell, where Lucy contributed to controls upgrades for the Thomas Hill power plant, and a Software Development Internship at Tapestry Solutions, where Lucy worked on C# projects and enhanced software development practices. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Alabama, obtained in 2020.
