Shubham Tandon

Shubham Tandon is currently a System Studies Engineer at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., a position held since May 2021, following an internship as a System Studies Engineering Intern. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2020 to July 2021, where research focused on reducing load-shedding in aging transmission lines to prevent wildfires, utilizing mathematical optimization methods in Julia and MATLAB. Shubham has also worked as an Electronics Engineer at ThermOmegaTech, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2020, and as a Summer Undergraduate Research Assistant at The College of New Jersey in 2015. Shubham holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
