Siddarth Jain is a Principal Research Scientist at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories, with a focus on deep learning, 3D segmentation, and geometric modeling for hand anatomy estimation, as well as perception and manipulation for the diagnosis and monitoring of rheumatoid arthritis. Siddarth also serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and a Summer Research Intern at GE Global Research. Siddarth has served as a Teaching Assistant for various courses at Northwestern University and completed a research internship at IIIT Hyderabad. Siddarth Jain holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
