Akiko Kasuga

Akiko Kasuga currently serves as Senior Manager of Business Development for Space Security Systems at Mitsubishi Electric, focusing on marketing and business development in the ASEAN market since August 2023. Prior to this role, Akiko was a Manager in the Space Development and Utilization Division at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and previously worked at Mitsubishi Electric where business opportunities were pursued in Europe, America, and the Middle East. Experience includes a position as Business Analyst at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd and a background in sales and marketing at ImageOne. Akiko holds an MBA in International Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Geography and Technology Management from The University of Tokyo.
