Thessa Banning

Thessa Banning is the owner and co-founder of Violet Diversity & Inclusion, a D&I consultancy. Thessa also works as a Junior Fleetanalyst at Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks - Logisnext Benelux and as an Adviseur D&I at Gemeente Oost Gelre. Additionally, Thessa volunteers as a Jong & Out youth mentor at COC Nederland. With a background in Psychology, Thessa has experience in accounts payable, client service, and research assistance in social psychology.
