Jeannie quickly advanced at Mitsui & Co. and became the Director of Risk Management in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing market risk, credit risk, and regulatory compliance. Jeannie N also developed and administered risk management programs by leveraging their strong understanding of the contract-to-cash process.

Most recently, Jeannie was promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Mitsui & Co. In this role, they took on the responsibility of identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring company-wide risks under an enterprise risk management framework. Jeannie N oversaw operational and strategic risk for all commodities and served as the program director for the SEED Rotational Program for middle/back-office analysts.
