Tracey Estes is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Head of Casualty at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group since May 2024, Tracey has also been a member of Chief since May 2022, a network aimed at advancing women into leadership roles. Prior to this, Tracey held various positions at Arch Insurance Group Inc., including Executive Vice President and Northeast Regional Vice President, from November 2014 to May 2024. Tracey's career also includes roles at AIG, Chartis, and Marsh, where responsibilities spanned underwriting, risk analysis, and managing casualty insurance programs for prominent clients. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The George Washington University.
