Franklin Abuchi

Franklin Abuchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the educational technology sector, currently serving as the Learner Experience Lead at Miva Open University since May 2023. Franklin developed and implemented student orientation courses using instructional design tools like Articulate 360. Previously, as the Business Operations Manager at uLesson Education Ghana, Franklin established a commercial office in Accra and built a dedicated customer experience team. In earlier roles at uLesson Education, Franklin managed a team of Customer Success Managers and developed training materials to enhance efficiency and support. Franklin's career began at the University of Jos, providing technical support within the Carnegie Partnership & Internship Programme. Franklin holds a Master of Science in Conflict Management and Peace Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Jos.
