Lovelyn Okonkwo

Lovelyn Okonkwo currently serves as the Commercial Manager at Miva Open University, overseeing Student Acquisition and Student Success since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lovelyn held the position of Manager of Customer Success at uLesson Education from March 2022 to May 2023. Previous experience includes significant roles at Sterling Bank Plc as Lead of Voice Interactions and Customer Engagement Supervisor, and at GTBank as Relationship Manager for Platinum Banking. Additionally, Lovelyn worked at Diamond Bank Plc as Relationship Manager in Affluent Banking and Contact Centre Team Lead. Academically, Lovelyn holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainability Studies from Nexford University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Lagos (2008-2011).
