Roger H.

Roger H. has worked in various roles in the quality assurance field since 1995. Roger began their career at Plexus Corp. as the Director of Quality, Site Engineering Manager, and Site Quality Manager. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Director of Quality at Benchmark Electronics, where they worked with aerospace, commercial, and medical device electronic assemblies. Roger then worked as the Director of Quality at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Director of Quality and Manager of Product & Process Quality at UTC Aerospace Systems. Since 2014, they have been an Independent Consultant (RHQ Consulting) at Management Consulting, providing medical device quality assurance and 3rd party GMP/ISO 13485 product quality engineering and quality systems/implementation/startup support. Roger has been the Director of Quality at MIVI Neuroscience, Inc. since 2016.

Roger H. holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA in Operations Management from Lawrence Technological University. Roger also has two certifications, ISO 13485:2016 Certified Lead Auditor from BSI obtained in July 2019 and ISO 13485:2003 Certified Lead Auditor from BSI obtained in January 2016.
