Stephanie Cihlar, MBA

Stephanie Cihlar, MBA has over 14 years of work experience in the medical device industry. Stephanie began their career in 2007 at Uroplasty, Inc. as a Clinical Research specialist, where they worked on the OrBIT and SUmiT trials. In 2011, they joined Covidien as a Sr. Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Research Associate II. In 2015, they began working at Medtronic as a Clinical Research Manager, Clinical Research Program Manager - Peripheral Vascular Health, Principal Clinical Research Specialist, and Sr. Clinical Research Specialist. In 2022, they joined MIVI Neuroscience, Inc. as an Associate Director, Clinical Strategy.

Stephanie Cihlar holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
