Killean C.

Killean C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career in 2006 as a Sales Associate at Transworld Entertainment before moving on to work as a Maintenance Assistant at Southeastern University from 2007 to 2010. Killean then worked as a Painter at Patrick's Painting from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Killean joined MIX Networks, Inc. and held multiple positions within the company. They started as a Network Support Engineer, providing tier one phone support for customer technical needs. They then progressed to the role of Tier 2 Network Support Engineer, where they provisioned VoIP domains, SIP trunks, PBXs, and Cisco networking equipment for customer deployments.

In 2016, Killean was promoted to the role of Network Operations Manager at MIX Networks, Inc. In this position, they served as the primary liaison for high-profile customers' technical needs and managed Hosted VoIP and networking support escalations. They also designed, implemented, and managed the Peplink InControl cloud suite for customer deployments.

Most recently, Killean held the position of Director of Technical Support at MIX Networks, Inc. In this role, they took on additional responsibilities such as managing retail, wholesale, and vendor direct technical support teams. They also handled the tracking of technicians' time clocking and managed sick and vacation leave.

Killean C. completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management Information Systems from Southeastern University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In 2010 and 2011, Killean also attended the University of South Florida School of Business, focusing on Business Management Information Systems.
