Allison Yates has over 12 years of work experience in operations, program management, and engineering. Allison began their career in 2008 as a Reliability Engineer - Process at Unilever. Allison then moved on to become an Innovation Planner, Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager at Unilever.
